<p>Anthony Coppedge has written <a href="http://twitterforchurches.com/">Twitter for Churches</a>.  You can follow his <a href="http://twitterforchurches.com/blog/">blog here</a>.  I purchased the book but have not read it yet.  I&#8217;ll report back after reading it.</p>
